About Our Service

We are a private document drafting assistance service. We help citizens prepare correctly formatted application drafts for Union Council certificates — including birth, death, marriage, divorce, residential, rukhsati, and heirship certificates. We do NOT issue official government certificates. Our drafts are prepared documents that you then submit to your local Union Council or relevant authority for official processing.

No. We are a completely private service. We have no affiliation with NADRA, any Union Council, Neighbourhood Council, or any government department. We are an independent assistance service that helps prepare document drafts. Always verify official government procedures at the relevant government offices directly.

You absolutely can fill the form yourself. Our service adds value by: (1) ensuring the draft is correctly formatted to reduce the chance of rejection, (2) saving you time by having experts prepare the draft, (3) making sure all required fields are filled accurately, and (4) providing guidance on what supporting documents to attach. Many Union Council applications are rejected due to simple formatting or information errors that our service helps prevent.

Yes, our service is completely legal. We are a private document preparation and assistance service — similar to a typing center or document preparation service. We prepare draft documents based on information provided by clients. We do not forge, misrepresent, or certify any document as official. All official certification and issuance must be done by the relevant government authority.

We currently assist with drafts for: Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Divorce Certificate, Residential Certificate, Rukhsati Residential Certificate, and Heirship Certificate. All of these are Union Council documents. For other document types, please contact us to check availability.
Application Process

The process is simple: (1) Visit our homepage and scroll to the application form. (2) Select your application type and service category. (3) Fill in your personal details accurately. (4) Select your Union/Neighbourhood Council. (5) Attach supporting documents if available. (6) Submit the form and pay the service fee. We then prepare your draft and deliver it to you.

The information required depends on the certificate type. Generally, you need: your full name, CNIC number, contact number, address, and your Union/Neighbourhood Council. For specific certificates: birth (child and parent details), death (deceased person details), marriage (bride, groom, witness details), etc. The application form will guide you through all required fields.

Document requirements vary by certificate type. Common requirements include CNIC copies, hospital slips (for birth/death), Nikah Nama copy (for marriage), and property documents (for residential/heirship). Click the "Requirements" button on the application form to see the specific requirements for each certificate type.
