3. User Responsibilities

4. Service Fees & Payment

Service fees are displayed on our application form and vary by application type and service category (Normal, Urgent, Reprint, Modification). By submitting your application:

• You agree to pay the fee as quoted at the time of application
• Fees are payable via bank transfer as described on our payment page
• A bank slip must be uploaded to confirm payment
• Fees are non-refundable once the draft has been prepared and delivered (see Refund Policy)

5. Delivery of Drafts

Draft documents are typically prepared and delivered within 24–48 hours of receiving complete information and confirmed payment. Urgent applications may be processed faster. Delivery is made via WhatsApp, email, or download link as agreed with the applicant.

6. Disclaimers

Our service is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That the draft will be accepted by official government authorities
• That our service is error-free or uninterrupted
• That the draft meets all requirements of every local union council or government office

We are not responsible for any rejection, delay, or loss resulting from the use of our drafted documents. Final acceptance and processing rests entirely with the relevant official authority.
