NADRA B-Form Application Guide for Newborns

All newborns in Pakistan must be registered with NADRA to obtain a B-Form, which is essential for issuing CNICs, school enrollment, and future identification.

Required Documents

• Parents’ CNICs
• Marriage Certificate
• Birth certificate or hospital record of newborn
• Passport size photos of newborn (if requested)
• Application form filled completely

Application Process

1. Obtain B-Form application from NADRA office or online
2. Complete the application with child’s details
3. Attach required documents and photos
4. Submit at NADRA office
5. Receive acknowledgement and tracking number
6. Collect issued B-Form or download (if digital)
